The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

By accessing, browsing, or using the cuk77 Platform — including by registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cuk77. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on cuk77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. cuk77 does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 years old under any circumstances.
2. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
3. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
4. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of cuk77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.

cuk77 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason and reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided at registration.

Your Account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are strictly personal. You must not share your credentials with any third party. cuk77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

cuk77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards. Withdrawal of funds from your Account is conditional on successful completion of KYC verification.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time during the lifecycle of your Account:

• Government-issued photo identification: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP), passport, or equivalent document.
• Proof of address: A recent bank statement, utility bill, or government correspondence issued within the preceding three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie verification: A clear, unedited photograph of you holding your primary ID document next to your face.
• Payment method verification: Evidence that you are the authorized holder of any bank account or e-wallet used to transact on the Platform (e.g., account statement, screenshot of registered account details).

Standard KYC processing time is 1 to 24 hours from document submission. During periods of high volume — such as around BRI Liga 1 season openings, major international tournaments, or Indonesian national holidays — processing may take up to 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when your KYC is approved.

cuk77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals, suspend account activity, or close an Account where a Member declines to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time.

All transactions on the cuk77 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). The Platform does not support any other currency. cuk77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Funds deposited via major Indonesian bank transfer channels and e-wallets are typically credited to your Account within minutes. cuk77 does not accept deposits from third-party sources; you may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during standard business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) on working days. Requests submitted outside of these hours will be processed on the next available business day. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during banking maintenance windows (typically 00:00–02:00 WIB) or during peak volumes around major sporting events.

Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name as your verified cuk77 Account.
• cuk77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed normal transaction patterns for your Account.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of request and vary by payment channel.

cuk77 offers promotional bonuses to Members from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around Indonesian holidays such as Idul Fitri, Lebaran, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. Eligibility criteria are stated in each specific promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements"). The applicable requirement is stated clearly at the point of each offer. A Member must wager the bonus amount — or the deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified — the required number of times before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. Unclaimed or unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements that expire are forfeited without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per Member per promotion unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• cuk77 does not award bonuses to Members who are in breach of these Terms or who have engaged in any form of bonus abuse.
• cuk77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the cuk77 Platform. Sport-specific rules, game-specific rules, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) market rules are published within the respective sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except where cuk77's specific rules provide for such cancellation (e.g., event postponement or void markets).
• cuk77 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error. Members will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, cuk77's decision — based on official results from recognized sporting bodies and game certification agencies — is final.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market type apply and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• cuk77 operates mix parlay (accumulator) betting on football markets. If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the odds for that leg revert to 1.00 and the accumulator continues to be valid.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to delays in acceptance inherent to real-time data feeds. cuk77 is not liable for bets accepted during data feed interruptions, but such bets may be voided at cuk77's discretion if a material pricing error is identified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cuk77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorized by cuk77.
• Exploiting software errors, platform glitches, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, even if using a VPN or other anonymization tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward cuk77 staff or other Members.

All content on the cuk77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of cuk77 or its licensed partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in that intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any cuk77 content without the prior written consent of cuk77. Unauthorized use of cuk77's intellectual property may result in Account suspension and legal action.

cuk77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

cuk77 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have consented — for promotional communications. cuk77 does not sell your personal data to unauthorized third parties.

cuk77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to help Members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Members can configure notifications that alert them after a specified period of continuous Platform use.
• Self-exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from the Platform may request a temporary exclusion (7 days to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. cuk77 implements self-exclusion requests within 24 hours and does not send promotional communications to excluded Members during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cuk77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption to the Platform's service caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, or events outside cuk77's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications outages, and regulatory interventions).
• Any loss arising from bets or wagers placed based on erroneous information displayed due to a technical error, provided that such bets are voided and stakes returned in accordance with Section 8.
• Any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your Account.

In any event, cuk77's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cuk77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

cuk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where:

• A Member breaches these Terms in any material respect.
• A Member provides false information during registration or KYC.
• A Member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• cuk77 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A Member engages in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement compels cuk77 to do so.

Where an Account is closed for cause (i.e., a breach of these Terms), cuk77 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, the Balance — including Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct — may be forfeited.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact cuk77 support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

cuk77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cuk77 will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to registered Members.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://cuk77.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you disagree with any revision, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which cuk77 holds its international gaming license.

cuk77 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and complies with the anti-money laundering and player protection standards required thereunder. For the avoidance of doubt, cuk77 does not represent that the use of its Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction, including Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account or placing any bet.

Any dispute between you and cuk77 that cannot be resolved through cuk77's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures specified by cuk77's licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
